The orangutan hand seems so human-like, & yet it is very specialised, for grasping & swinging through the treetops. Its long fingers are curved, ready to lock on to a branch. Orangutans are very dextrous, using both hands & feet to build intricate nests, complete with "mattress, pillows & sunshade".
